FLOOR COATING 2. mm thick PVC vinyl as main floor covering laid over 16 mm thick unflamable cement board.
System Welded steel structure reinforced with specially shaped box profiles.
Armour:First, steel structure is prepared with the strong steel profiles , then covered by armour steel. Protection Level is BR7.
Interior Coating; 8 mm cement board applied on steel armour. (PVC wainscot is used in Cabins with WC). Also different types of coating materials can be used such as waterproof fiberboard with aesthetic appearance.
Wall coating; 40 mm thickness, 10 kg/m³ Polystyrene foam (EPS) with fire class B1; full heat insulation, Rockwool or glasswool can be applied based on requirements.
Exterior coating;12 mm thick Wooden or Stone appereance coating cement boards can be apllied on steel armour.
ROOF SYSTEM Produced by special shaped construction and one piece carrier profiles and also single slop roof that prevents harmful objects from staying above it.

EN 1063 BR6 NS Bulletproof . Weight 85 kg / m2. Glasses have bullet resistance certificate given by the international organizations accredited laboratory of TÜV Rheinland Company . Tough polycarbonate drawn based. Glass thickness is 40 mm . It can be manufactured in any size. The frame is made of special steel armor BR7 class which makes special frame .
EXTERIOR External surfaces are painted with the desired color. Silicone-based exterior paint.
DOOR FRAME Rapid primer single layer.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION(Flush Mounted)
SYSTEM Each room has a switch, a socket , a phone socket .Aditionally,spot lighting is used on the 4 corner of eaves.
INSTALLATIONS Electric power 2000 W. 220 Volt power for sockets. 3×2,5 mm for lighting 2×1.5 mm TSE certificated NYM cables are used. All installation materials have TSE certificate .
OTHER Cabin air ventilation and exterior lighting are included. Optionally, emergency siren sound also can be applied.
ACCESORIES TSE certified materials are used.
PLUMBING TSE certified materials are used.
WASTE WATER TSE certified PVC materials are used.
The concrete foundation should be 20 cm wider than the cabin and the ground assembling of cabin, electricity, clean water and waste water connection are responsibiliry of the customer.
Cabin can be lifted from corner lugs by steel ropes.Cabin weight could vary according to the size.
